FailEdge is a directory that links to official app download pages. We are not a distributor, reseller or publisher of any application listed. All trademarks, app names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to submit spam, deceptive listings, malware links, or content that infringes the rights of others. Listings must link to official sources; we reserve the right to reject or remove any submission that does not.
3. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". While we review submissions, we cannot guarantee the current safety, availability or accuracy of third-party pages. Your use of any external site is governed by that site's own terms.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FailEdge is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service or from software downloaded through third-party links.
